A Representative (Rep) is responsible for looking after groups of customers on our trips, tours and events across the UK and Europe. Your main priority is to ensure that customers enjoy their trip and that everything runs as smoothly as possible for them.

 

Being a Rep is great fun, you get to travel for free, meet lots of new people and enjoy some incredible nightlife and culture in some of Europe’s top cities. However, as a rep there are some important duties and responsibilities that are involved. It is important that you have a great time but also act responsibly and ensure the safety of our passengers.

As the public face of Travelholics, you must create an excellent first impression and continue to provide outstanding customer service to our clients throughout the duration of their trip. The role involves looking after customers, handling tickets for attractions, holding welcome meetings, handling complaints, resolving problems as they arise and ensuring that everyone has a memorable trip!
